Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded files are correct, printable, and suitable for their intended application.
PrintWell Lab does not review designs for structural integrity, functionality, regulatory compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose unless specifically requested.
Manufacturing Variations
3D printed parts may exhibit layer lines, support marks, minor dimensional variations, and other characteristics inherent to additive manufacturing.
Approval of Designs
By submitting a file for printing, the customer confirms they have reviewed and approved the design prior to production. PrintWell Lab is not responsible for design errors contained within customer-submitted files.
Intellectual Property
Customers represent that they own or have permission to manufacture any submitted design. PrintWell Lab assumes no responsibility for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted files.
Returns and Refunds for Custom Prints
Because custom prints are manufactured specifically for each customer, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:

The printed item differs substantially from the submitted file

The item arrives damaged during shipping

A manufacturing defect occurred during production
Design issues, fitment issues, dimensional errors within the customer's original file, or changes of mind are not grounds for refund.
Dimensional Tolerances
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, printed parts are produced to reasonable commercial tolerances typical of the selected printing process and material.
