Products

All products sold by PrintWell Lab are manufactured using 3D printing technology. Minor variations in color, texture, layer lines, and finish are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.
 

Orders

All products are manufactured after an order is placed unless otherwise noted. Production times may vary based on order volume, product complexity, and material availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.
 

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are manufactured specifically for the customer and are generally non-refundable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
 

Product Use

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products sold by PrintWell Lab are intended for organizational, educational, hobbyist, laboratory workflow, or general-use purposes only.

Products are not FDA-cleared medical devices and should not be used for patient diagnosis, treatment, or any regulated medical application. Customers are responsible for determining suitability for their intended use.
 

Pricing

Prices may change with or without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies.
 

Limitation of Liability

PrintWell Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
 

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, descriptions, and website content are the property of PrintWell Lab unless otherwise noted and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
     

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-designed products

  • Personalized products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Products damaged through misuse or modification
     

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
 

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.
